Space Management

- FacilityTree calculates occupancy ratios and employee per sq. ft. ratios so you can see how efficiently you are using your space.
- Space Management is fully integrated with Move Management. Any move managed by Move Management is reflected in real-time in Space Management.

Track Employee Locations
- FacilityTree looks and functions the same way if you are mobile or at a desk. Everything you learn for desktop transfers to mobile.
- FacilityTree runs on any device that supports a web browser. This includes desktop computers, portable computers, Android tablets, Chromebooks, and iPads. There are no special add-ons, versions, or special installations required.
- All you need is an internet connection. Any data entered or modified on a mobile device is updated in real-time and is immediately available. There is no need to transfer or synch data between devices.
- FacilityTree works on all smartphones. The web-based smartphone version is optimized for the small screen. All it requires is a web connection. There is no special app to load.

Seat Maps
- FacilityTree allows for the rapid creation of seat maps.
- An Excel spreadsheet can be imported into FacilityTree with the locations of employees.
- Facilitytree will process the spreadsheet and use it to add the employee's name to the Autocad drawings.
- This allows you to generate a seat map in a matter of hours rather than using several days of Autocad drafting or manual data entry.

Highlight Reports/Maps
- Department maps show how each space is allocated to each department by location and total area occupied.
- Occupancy maps show which spaces are occupied and which spaces are available.
- Space Type maps show what kind of spaces you have.
- Cleanable Rooms maps show what spaces need to be cleaned and maintained.

Life Safety
- Generate fire escape plans
- Show locations of all fire/hazard safety assets on the drawings.

Integration with Client Systems
- FacilityTree can be integrated with existing client systems
- A human resources system can supply a list of new hires and current employees each day. FacilityTree can process this file, add the new employees, remove the terminations, and make the spaces vacant. FacilityTree provides a report with the names of the new employees who need to be assigned seats.
- FacilityTree can supply a list of current employees with their seat assignments, phone numbers, and email addresses to client systems.
- This data can be used in any number of ways, updating an HR system or updating a phone system, or updating an access system.
