Property Interface
- This interface is designed to provide all important property information at a glance
- The audience is property managers
- Can select a property by use or from a map by selecting a marker on the map
- The interface provides a summary of all data for the selected property
- There are links so you can see all images and pictures attached to the property. This includes all property images & documents, all lease images & documents, all building images and documents, and all parcel images and documents
- Images and documents can be viewed and new images and documents can be added.
- Selected reports can be attached to the interface
- The Engineering Log is available
Calendar Interface
- This interface is designed to show all the important dates required to manage your facility
- The audience is supervisors and managers who need to assign and manage work and allocate resources
- Dates displayed, all On Demand Work Order dates, all PM Work Order dates, all Scheduling dates, all Lease dates including option dates and expiration dates, checklist dates, dates attached to buildings, dates attached to craft person and vendor certifications
- Ability to drill into dates and go to the module that manages the data and edit the data attached to the date.
- Scroll thru future months and see what the projected workload is.
- Control what data is selected by selecting a building, floor, room, or region.
- The Engineering Log is available
Operations Interface
- This interface displays performance data
- The audience is supervisors and managers who need to see performance to aid in decision making
- Includes total labor hours, PM Completion rate, On Demand completion rate, PM/OD work order ratio, top 5 assets that required work orders, labor hours by, and several other metrics.
- Date ranges can be selected to control what data is displayed
- The layout of the page can be configured to meet your needs
- The Engineering log is available
Operations Map
- This interface displays building by use or lets you select from a map
- The audience is supervisors and managers who need to assign and manage work
- Provides selected data about the facility along with an image of the facility
- Displays a list of all images attached to the building for viewing
- Selected reports allow you to drill into the data, manage and edit it
- The building log allows you to log information about the building
- The Engineering log is available
Announcment Interface
- This interface is designed to display a list of current announcements
- The audience is craft persons
- This interface can be restricted to a single user or a group of users that only need to see announcements
Enginerring Log
- This is attached to all available interfaces
- It allows the recording of any information for any selected building or asset.
- It is the electronic version of the engineering logbook that is used to pass information from one shift to another
