Preventative Maintenance

Flexible Process
- You Create PM Schedules on a one-schedule-to-one-asset basis.
- You can create one schedule with many assets attached grouped by asset type, building, vendor, etc.
- Consolidated PMs allow you to create one schedule with a random selection of assets attached.
- PM Schedules can be created by usage. When a certain usage such as miles, hours, or other unit of measure has been reached the system will generate a PM work order
- Work can be assigned to a craftsperson or a vendor when a schedule is created or at the time the work is issued to be done.
- Automatic generation. The system generates the work orders automatically. No buttons to push, nothing to forget. The work orders appear at the appointed time
- Estimated hours can be applied to each schedule created.
- You can create and schedule inspections.

Mobile Ready
- FacilityTree looks and functions the same way if you are mobile or at a desk. Everything you learn for desktop transfers to mobile.
- FacilityTree runs on any device that supports a web browser. This includes desktop computers, portable computers, Android tablets, Chromebooks, and iPads. There are no special add-ons, versions, or special installations required.
- All you need is an internet connection. Any data entered or modified on a mobile device is updated in real-time and is immediately available. There is no need to transfer or synch data between devices.
- FacilityTree works on all smartphones. The web-based smartphone version is optimized for the small screen. All it requires is a web connection. There is no special app to load.

Notifications
- The system will send an email reminding you that PM work orders have been generated.
- Craftsperson notifications can be sent when a work order assigned to them is created.
- Vendor notifications can be sent when a work order assigned to them is created.

Scheduling
- Work can be scheduled for any date or time by setting the date of the first PM and a time interval.
- Seasonal PMs are supported by specifying a date of the first PM and a date of the last PM. When the date of last PM is reached the system automatically increments both dates by one year.
- All scheduled work, along, with estimated hours for each scheduled PM, is displayed using a calendar or a report. This allows you to adjust project workloads into the future and make adjustments.

Work Management
- Who is doing the work? Who is most productive? Who is getting their work done? There are work loading reports, productivity reports, and completion reports to answer these questions.
- There are tools to automate managing the work order in the system.
- Groups of work orders can be edited, completed, or closed at the same time.

Full Suite of Reporting
- A partial list of reports

- A suite of aging reports, 30, 60, 90-day, custom date by craftsperson, shop, building, or other combination
